For Children & Youth
THKMC provides a wide range of services for Children & Youth.
For Children with special needs, THKMC has 4 Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) Centres. The services were set up to empower these children to reach their full potential through experiential education, therapy, training and support services.
Children with special needs who need specialised therapy services can also attain them at any of the 2 THK Children’s Therapy Centres.

THKMC has 5 Family Service Centres to promote and improve the social well-being of every individual in the family, at every stage of life.
Under the realm of Family Services, THKMC also provides counselling services for problem gambling under THK Centre for Family Harmony @ Circuit. THK Centre for Family Harmony @ Commonwealth is also one of the four appointed Divorce Support Specialist Agencies (DSSAs).
The main 3 areas of work of the Family Service Centres are:
– Casework & Counselling

– Community Support Programmes
For the Elderly
THK has 15 Seniors Activity Centres (SACs) across Singapore. These centres serve the needy and vulnerable seniors aged 60 and above living in HDB rental flats. SACs promote social interaction and active ageing amongst the Elderly. THK Home Help Services administer the Meals-On-Wheels service that prepares and delivers daily meals to the needy elderly twice a day. THK Home Help Services also provide medical escort transport services to the elderly, accompanying them for medical appointments.
For Persons with Disabilities
For Persons with Disabilities, THKMC has 2 Homes for the Disabled that provide shelter, care and training. These Homes consist of a residential facility, hostel and a Day Activity Centre. THKMC also runs the THK Pan-Disability Centre, which is a sheltered workshop that provides vocational training and employment opportunities for persons with multiple disabilities. These programmes help to develop skill sets and improve work readiness so that they may earn a monthly wage by performing simple tasks and activities.
