Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society was awarded the tender to continue the operation of the then 4PM-MENDAKI Family Service Centre in January 2004. The Centre has been operating since as the Moral Family Service Centre (Bedok North)
The Centre aims to promote, maintain and improve the well being of the people through the provision of a range of quality community-based social services such as:
- Information, Consultation and Referral
- Casework and Counselling services
- Programme for Children & Families
- Programmes for Schools, Community Groups etc.
