| Inter-Racial Inter-Religious
Harmony Nite 2008

In Singapore, we are blessed with
a kind and harmonious society, where people of different
races, religions, cultures and languages live together and
mix with each other freely and harmoniously.
IRIR Harmony Nite 2008 will be held on 26 July 2008 at the Singapore Expo.
It is a celebration of
the inter-racial and inter-religious harmony that we enjoy.
President S R Nathan and Mrs Nathan have most
kindly consented to grace this year's event as Guests-of-Honour. Guests will include MPs, foreign dignitaries and community leaders.

The evening's programme will commence with members of the Inter-Religious Organization saying invocations according to their various religious traditions. It will also include performances that showcase the harmony between Singapore's different ethnic and religious groups. This event is organised by Thye Hua Kan Moral Society, the Inter-Religious Organization, Singapore Indian Development Association, Yayasan Mendaki, Chinese Development Assistance Council, the Eurasian Association, Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society and Chee Hia Kog Moral Society.
