Location and History
Moral Media & Information Technology is situated at 1 North Bridge Rd #03-34, setup by its parent organization, the Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society.

MMIT, formerly known as Moral Information Technology Resource Centre was established in 2001 to service Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society's welfare agencies island-wide solely on computer diagnostics and hardware repair. As the increase of usage of personal computers was tremendous, this centre was also set up to establish basic IT literacy courses for its uses.

In late 2001, MITRC was a partner with the IDA, Information Development Authority to run its project, the PC Reuse Scheme for the underprivileged families in Singapore . MITRC served over 100 clients, providing the basic skills on using the personal computers to delivering the assembling them at the client's homes.

On 1st April 2005 , Moral IT Resource Centre was given a name change. It is now known as Moral Media & Information Technology. The change was necessary as the Centre now not only provides IT support and solutions, but also produce beautiful graphics and high standard media productions.

Over the years, MMIT has developed into a multitasked department to serve the sister agencies of THKMS. Its skills now range from IT services, graphics design and video productions. MMIT also possesses the skills for event management, from planning of events to execution of stage and floor management skills.
